"Shipping was okay, just okay"
My order showed up fine in the end, but the shipping experience was a little hit or miss. The tracking didn’t update for a few days, which was annoying, and it arrived later than I thought it would. Nothing was damaged, though, so that was good. Not terrible, not terrible, but I do wish it had been a bit more reliable.

"Delivery timeline kept shifting"
My order did show up and everything was fine once it got here, but the shipping was definitely slower than I was hoping for. The frustrating part was that the timing felt like moving goalposts — I’d think it was coming soon, then there wouldn’t be much of an update and I’d be left wondering where it even was. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just kind of annoying. I might order again, but only if I’m not in any kind of rush.

"Got help fast"
I had to message them about my order because something didn’t look right on my end, and I wasn’t expecting a quick reply. But they got back to me the same day and actually answered the thing I was asking about, which was nice.
There was a small mix-up with the shipping info too, but they fixed it without making it a whole ordeal. Easy experience overall, and I’d probably order from them again.

I tried using their discount code at checkout and it just wouldn’t go through, with no real explanation why. the promo was the main reason I was even buying from them, so it felt frustrating. Made me wonder if the code was just there to get people interested, but they weren’t actually that eager to honor it.

"Good prices and worth it"
I was happy with the prices on lizasbestbotanicals.com. Nothing felt overpriced like some other sites Ive looked at, and the sizes seemed fair for what you get.

Overall it felt like a good value, and there werent any weird extra costs that caught me off guard. Id definitely order again.

"Decent shop, but some guesswork feels unnecessary"
I spent some time looking around lizasbestbotanicals.com and overall it seems like an okay shop. The site is easy enough to browse, but I did wish the product pages had clearer details. Things like full ingredients, where the products are sourced from, or any test results would make me feel a lot more comfortable ordering. I’m not saying anything seems wrong, but having to dig around or guess at that stuff feels unnecessary. Giving it 3 stars for now.

"They made it right, but it took longer than it should’ve"
I had an issue with my order and had to go back and forth a few times before it got sorted out. To their credit, they did the right thing and fixed it in the end, which I do appreciate. Still, the wait was frustrating and the whole process could’ve been handled more smoothly. Not a terrible experience, just not as easy as it should’ve been

"Definitely stronger than I thought"
I was impressed. I only used a small amount, like way less than I normally would, and it still hit better than the last few places I’ve tried. Shipping was totally fine too, nothing weird or delayed. I’ll definitely be ordering again
